Condizioni di prenotazione
Per le prenotazioni dirette valgono le condizioni di prenotazione. Per Airbnb, Booking.com e gli altri portali valgono le condizioni del portale.
Protezione dei dati
Trattiamo i dati personali secondo la Legge federale sulla protezione dei dati (LPD). Responsabili del trattamento sono i titolari indicati sopra.
- Quali dati: quelli che inserite per prenotare (nome, indirizzo, contatti, date, numero di ospiti) e i dati richiesti dalla legge per la notifica degli ospiti.
- Perché: per gestire la prenotazione e il soggiorno, per gli obblighi di legge (notifica degli ospiti alla Polizia cantonale, tassa di soggiorno, contabilità) e per rispondere alle vostre richieste.
- Pagamenti: li gestisce Stripe. I dati della carta non passano da noi.
- Fornitori tecnici: Google (archivio, posta, calendario), Netlify (sito), Stripe (pagamenti), Meta e Google Ads (misura dell'efficacia delle nostre pubblicità nella pagina di prenotazione). Alcuni di questi fornitori possono trattare dati anche fuori dalla Svizzera, ad esempio negli Stati Uniti, con le garanzie previste dalla legge (ad esempio lo Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework o clausole contrattuali standard).
- Statistiche del sito: contiamo le visite in forma anonima, senza profilarvi.
- Per quanto tempo: quanto serve per la prenotazione e quanto richiesto dalla legge (per esempio 10 anni per i documenti contabili).
- I vostri diritti: potete chiederci in ogni momento quali dati abbiamo, e farli correggere o cancellare se la legge non ci obbliga a conservarli. Basta scriverci all'indirizzo e-mail qui sopra.

Buchungsbedingungen
Für Direktbuchungen gelten die Buchungsbedingungen. Für Airbnb, Booking.com und andere Portale gelten deren Bedingungen.
Datenschutz
Wir bearbeiten Personendaten gemäss dem Bundesgesetz über den Datenschutz (DSG). Verantwortlich sind die oben genannten Inhaber.
- Welche Daten: die Angaben, die ihr für die Buchung eingebt (Name, Adresse, Kontakt, Daten, Anzahl Gäste), und die für die Gästemeldung gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Angaben.
- Wozu: für Buchung und Aufenthalt, für gesetzliche Pflichten (Gästemeldung an die Kantonspolizei, Kurtaxe, Buchhaltung) und um eure Anfragen zu beantworten.
- Zahlungen: laufen über Stripe. Kartendaten sehen wir nicht.
- Technische Dienstleister: Google (Ablage, E-Mail, Kalender), Netlify (Website), Stripe (Zahlungen), Meta und Google Ads (Messung der Wirkung unserer Werbung auf der Buchungsseite). Einige dieser Anbieter können Daten auch ausserhalb der Schweiz bearbeiten, z. B. in den USA, mit den gesetzlich vorgesehenen Garantien (z. B. Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework oder Standardvertragsklauseln).
- Website-Statistik: Besuche werden anonym gezählt, ohne Profilbildung.
- Wie lange: so lange, wie es für die Buchung nötig ist und das Gesetz verlangt (z. B. 10 Jahre für Buchhaltungsbelege).
- Eure Rechte: ihr könnt jederzeit Auskunft über eure Daten verlangen und sie berichtigen oder löschen lassen, sofern uns das Gesetz nicht zur Aufbewahrung verpflichtet. Schreibt uns einfach an die obige E-Mail-Adresse.

Booking conditions
Direct bookings are governed by our booking conditions. For Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms, their own conditions apply.
Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The owners named above are responsible for the processing.
- Which data: what you enter to book (name, address, contact details, dates, number of guests) and the details required by law for guest registration.
- Why: to handle your booking and stay, for legal obligations (guest registration with the cantonal police, tourist tax, accounting) and to answer your requests.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Technical providers: Google (storage, e-mail, calendar), Netlify (website), Stripe (payments), Meta and Google Ads (measuring how well our ads work on the booking page). Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, e.g. in the United States, with the safeguards required by law (e.g. the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
- Website statistics: visits are counted anonymously, without profiling.
- How long: as long as needed for the booking and as required by law (e.g. 10 years for accounting records).
- Your rights: you can ask us at any time which data we hold and have it corrected or deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. Just write to the e-mail address above.
